Sometimes (often?!) life feels like a lot a lot a lot. I’ve made hundreds of little versions of this “slow motion reset” for myself on scratch paper and napkins and I wanted to share this with you as a gift for my birthday this year (Cancer babes forever!). Very thankful for the beloveds and beings and practices who help me reset and rehydrate when I need it most.
